Federal Skilled Worker is a category of immigration, on the other hand, Express Entry is the process of applying. To make it more clear, FSW is a program for attaining permanent residence in Canada and Express Entry is an online system through which you can apply for permanent residence under one of the federal programs, such as FSW, Canadian Experience Class (CEC), and the Federal Skilled Trades (FST).
